Business Name Registration in Department of Trade & Industry.

Here’s the steps in Registering Business Name in Department of Trade & Industry.

Step 1:

Go to  https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/ and Click “Register now.“

Step 2:

Terms and Condition will pop up under Services – New Generation. At the bottom of it, click “I Agree“

Step 3:

• Fill-out the Owner’s Information form then click “Next”.
• Onwer’s Information will pop up then click “Proceed“

Step 4:

• Business Scope will pop up choose whether your registration is National/ Regional/ City / Barangay. 
•  After choosing the scope the proposed name will appear for you to fill up.

• Fill up the Selected Scope, Dominant name, Business Name Descriptor.
• The proposed Business Name will fill up itself once you have done filling up the Dominant name and the Business Name Descriptor.
• Click the Check name Availability.
• Then your Proposed name will appear.

• Click the “Validate Business name”
• After clicking Validate Business Name, Validation Results will appear

Once your proposed business name is available and have pass the guidelines then  the  a  confirmation will appear and if everything is correct click “Proceed”

Step 5:

You will then receive a Reference Code that will be  used in all your transactions with BNRS. Please save this reference code as this will be needed in your inquiries.

Click “continue”

Step 6:

Fill-out the remaining blank fields that appear and please ensure that all data provided during the registration are true and correct more especially the email address provided  must be valid and active.

Carefully review the accomplished form and it everything is okay then “confirm”.

Step 7:

Undertaking will pop up . Download the said undertaking for your files.

Conformed the undertaking by clicking “proceed”

Step 8:
The payment section will  appear where you need select the payment method prescribed by the system.

Pay the registration fee within 7 calendar days from the date of application. Nonpayment within 7 days the BN application will be deemed abandoned and subsequently nullified.

Available payment method is thru: DTI Teller, GCash, PayMaya, Landbank Link.Biz, Credit/Debit Card.

Once payment is confirmed, click “Register New Business”, and now its official, you have successfully registered your Business Name.

The Certificate of Business Name Registration now will be sent to your email address or may download the Certificate Online.
