Baguio City is called Summer Capital of the Philippines, and is known for its cool climate almost throughout the year. It has total of area of 57.5 square kilometres and located above 1,470 meters above sea level and nestled in the mountainous part of Cordillera Central. Its North boundary is the the town of La Union, in the South and West bounded by Tuba and it’s East boundary is by Itogon,

Baguio temperature is between 15 to 23 Celsius and with the lowest temperature on the month of November to February. It is 8 degrees coolers compare to any place in the lowlands. Anytime of the year is a good time to visit Baguio.
Baguio is wet during June to October as this is the rainy season. It will rain heavily on this months and Baguio will be foggy and dump during this season. November to May Baguio will be the tropical Paradise and the wild sunflowers will start to appear on the hillside, signaling the end of the rainy season.
Getting There
The city is accessible through three (3) national roads namely:
1.Kennon Road
2. Marcos Highway
3. Quirino Highway (Naguilian Road).
The popular way to go to Baguio is by Bus.
Regular bus and First Class bus is available. Regular Bus comes available usually take 8 to 9 hours of traveling, with bus ticket cost of P750 per persons per way. This bus will pick up passengers along the way and has two schedule main stops intended for meals and necessities. First Class bus Travel time is only 4 to 5 hours with bus fare of P850 per way. This is served by Victory liner and Genesis (Joy Bus). The said Bus Liner offers comfortability ride to Baguio as they will offer wifi, blanket and drink and snacks during your trip.
