The Bureau of Immigration (BI) is a government agency that is responsible for the administration and enforcement of immigration, Citizenship and Alien Admission. The Bureau of Immigration’s mission is to control and regulate the movement of persons to, from and within our country in contributing to national security and development.
It regulates the entry / arrival, stay (sojourn) and exit (departure) of foreign nationals in the country.
It also monitors the entry and exit of Filipinos citizens in compliance with the Philippines laws and other Legal Purposes.
